Metro Exodus Next-Gen Version Coming to Xbox Series X/S and PS5 on June 18

The PC version for Metro Exodus Enhanced is out now, with tons of improvements and graphical enhancements. The next stop is the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S Edition, which will include the same type of upgrades, including Ray Tracing. The game will arrive as a free upgrade to all of the existing owners.

The official announcement for its arrival on Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation can be found below, escorted by tons of media confirming the same.

According to the company:

Metro Exodus is coming to Xbox Series X | S on June 18, boasting a massive graphical upgrade to harness the power of this generation. Offering Ray Tracing and Ray Traced Emissive lighting throughout as well as a FOV slider for the first time in the Metro series and increased framerates and resolution.

The update will be free for all existing owners of Metro Exodus, and alongside this, Metro Exodus Complete Edition will launch in a physical package for Xbox Series X | S and Xbox One, including both story expansions, The Two Colonels and Sam’s Story.
