Marauders, being a looter shooter similar to Tarkov, has its own quest system where players can get rewards for completing various tasks. Basic Resupply is a contract in Marauders.

Guide
Junk scrap can be acquired by salvaging. The mission already tells you that you can do that by salvaging pistols, gear, backpacks, and else. which contributes to the mission’s insta-completion. Just go to the Crafting menu. You will see a Scrapping frame where you should drag and drop your destined piece for salvaging.
Once you drag an item on the bin image, before you release the mouse button, you will see the potential scrap results. In this way, you can see if your items give you the necessary scraps.
