Lost Skies, Bossa Games’ latest offering, is officially launching in Early Access on April 18. This open-world cooperative survival adventure invites players to delve into a vibrant world filled with floating islands and challenging foes. Available on PC via Steam, it offers an engaging experience for solo players and teams.

The developers have teased a rich adventure right from the start of Early Access. Players will kick off their journey in Region 1, known as the Outskirts, showcasing stunning floating islands crafted through community input via Island Creator. With three different island types varying in difficulty, adventurers can expect diverse wildlife, ancient tech enemies, and intricate puzzles waiting to be unraveled. Customization options abound as you build and upgrade your skyship—a cozy base or a formidable battleship ready for epic encounters.

Among the challenges awaiting players is the Herald boss—a colossal mechanical beast that will test both ship strength and crew coordination. The gameplay revolves around crafting, upgrading gear, and exploring this captivating world. Developers emphasize their commitment to continuous improvements throughout Early Access, focusing on bug fixes and quality-of-life enhancements and expanding Region 1 with new islands and additional resources and enemies.

Further down the line, fans can expect more content additions such as new regions teeming with fresh puzzles and creatures alongside bosses that will keep gameplay fresh and exciting.
