Hexworks’ recently launched title, “Lords of the Fallen,” has garnered positive reviews for its artistic rendition, engaging combat, and innovative use of dual worlds for exploration. Despite the positive reception, some players and reviewers have pointed out performance issues and technical glitches on the PS5 and PC versions.

The developer acknowledged these concerns via a tweet, expressing gratitude towards content creators for their feedback, enabling them to work on patches and updates swiftly before the game’s official release. They reassured PS5 and PC gamers that forthcoming updates would enhance their gaming experience to the intended level of performance and enjoyment.

However, the Xbox Series X/S version of the game seems to be a step behind in receiving these crucial updates. Hexworks has stated that additional work is underway to bring this version up to speed with its PS5 and PC counterparts. An upcoming patch will bridge this performance gap, ensuring a uniform gaming experience across all platforms.

The patch is expected to roll out shortly, showing its availability around the game’s launch window. However, it’s yet unclear if this patch will address all the performance-related grievances voiced by the gaming community. Hence, it might be wise for Xbox Series X/S owners to wait a few more days before diving into the medieval, dark world of “Lords of the Fallen.”
