Liquid Sweeps 9INE 2-0 to Reach Stake Pulse Beat I Semifinals

EliGE led the quarterfinal with a 40-25 K-D, 108.0 ADR, and 1.67 rating across Cache and Anubis.

Liquid defeated 9INE 2-0 in the Stake Pulse Beat I quarterfinal, winning Cache 13-4 and Anubis 13-6. The HLTV match listing records the result, which sends Liquid into the semifinals.

The series took place at the $60,000 LAN in Stockholm. Nuke was left unused after Liquid closed the match in two maps.

Liquid took control on both maps

9INE picked Cache, but Liquid built a 9-3 lead on the CT side before adding four more rounds as terrorists. 9INE managed only one T-side round, leaving Liquid with a 13-4 opener.

Liquid then selected Anubis and produced another 9-3 CT half. 9INE improved on its second side with three rounds, but Liquid needed only four T-side rounds to finish the series 13-6.

The veto also removed Inferno, Ancient, Mirage, and Dust2. Cache was 9INE’s pick, Anubis was Liquid’s choice, and Nuke remained as the potential decider.

EliGE led the series numbers

EliGE finished as Liquid’s top performer with 40 kills, 25 deaths, 108.0 ADR, and a 1.67 rating. NAF followed at 29-15 with a 1.50 rating, while malbsMd posted a 1.34 rating across the two maps.
