Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is just around the corner, and it’s kicking things off with some serious firepower and support for DLSS 4 right at launch! I mean, how awesome is that?
NVIDIA revealed that this RPG, which many of us have been waiting for, will be armed with its latest technology. If you’re like me and can’t wait to jump in, you’ll want to check out what this means for your gaming experience.
The NVIDIA app is where the magic happens. You can upgrade to DLSS Super Resolution by tapping that shiny DLSS 4 Transformer AI model. Plus, you can force DLAA through it as well. But hold on, there’s chatter about whether we’ll see support for DLSS 4 Multi-Frame Gen. I’ve got my fingers crossed over here, I’ve already pre-loaded the game, and I’m itching to find out once it drops!
I’m curious if KCD2 will push those demanding graphics like its predecessor did. Remember how stunning the first game was? That visual feast came at a cost; it tested our rigs back then. So, will this sequel be even more challenging on our systems, or are we looking at something more polished without sacrificing much eye candy?
The good news for those who aren’t team NVIDIA is that AAMD FSR support is also included from day one. So no one gets left behind!
If you’re worried about pesky anti-tamper tech getting in your way, fear not! Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 won’t be using Denuvo. Some experiments are also happening; previews suggest that performance could hit a solid 60fps at native 4K ultra settings, especially if you’ve got an NVIDIA RTX 4090 in tow. My heart races, and I am just thinking about benchmarking that beauty on my setup!
I’ll keep you posted with my first impressions later today (with some sweet 4K footage). I can’t wait to share all the nitty-gritty details!
