Big news, fight fans! Jake Paul, the YouTube sensation turned boxing contender, is officially joining the Undisputed roster. This electrifying addition comes as part of The Problem Child DLC pack planned to drop on December 12. Can you believe it?
The announcement from developer Steel City Interactive, Ash Habib, Founder and CEO, stated that Jake’s influence on modern boxing can’t be ignored. He’s not just some internet personality. He’s brought a fresh wave of fans into the sport. I mean, who would’ve thought we’d see this crossover?
“I’ve been breaking barriers and making history in real life,” Jake said about his in-game debut. “It’s all about inspiring a new generation.” Honestly, can we take a moment to appreciate how much passion he brings? It’s infectious!
This isn’t just a quick cash grab, either. The developers went all out with full motion capture at their UK studio to ensure every punch and swagger is spot-on. Jake even raved about how the team nailed his moves about dedication!
The DLC doesn’t stop with Jake! It also features six more fighters: Zhilei Zhang, James ‘Buster’ Douglas, Otto Wallin, Erik Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera, and Juan Manuel Marquez. There are so many choices for players! But wait…what’s the price tag? As of now, no one knows. Suspenseful right?
I can’t help but wonder what this means for future updates, too! Insider Gaming hinted that more big names are on the horizon.
