IGN has proudly announced its exclusive partnership with ID@Xbox for the forthcoming showcase slated for July 11, 2023. The online media and entertainment company will be at the helm of the ID@Xbox Showcase, broadcasting trailers, gameplay, reveals, and much more for independent games geared toward Xbox and PC platforms.

This much-anticipated event will be available for streaming on various platforms. Viewers can watch it on YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and IGN.com.

After the showcase, IGN will host a special edition of its popular “Unlocked” show, taking fans on a deeper exploration of some of the games unveiled.

The ID@Xbox Showcase is an extension of Microsoft’s commitment to independent game developers, bringing together an eclectic mix of innovative titles that challenge the boundaries of traditional gaming. However, the specific indie games that will be part of the presentation remain a mystery.

IGN recommends looking back at the April 2023 ID@Xbox Showcase to get a sense of what’s to come. This event featured various games, from an in-depth look at the second expansion of Vampire Survivors to Cassette Beasts, a quirky game combining Pokémon elements with cassette tapes.

This special ID@Xbox Showcase comes hot on the heels of IGN’s Summer of Gaming, which showcased all of the most significant Xbox games from Xbox Games Showcase and Xbox Games Showcase Extended.

Recently, there have been numerous indie-focused shows spotlighting games that hold their own against AAA titles, and the upcoming ID@Xbox Showcase promises more such revelations. The message is clear: it’s an exciting time for gamers, and this forthcoming showcase exemplifies this perfectly.
