I’m excited to share that Hunt: Showdown is rolling out an update that promises to enhance our gaming experience. The Live Servers will be taken offline tomorrow, December 19, at 09:00 CET for about three hours while they deploy Update 2.2.0.1. This update aims to smooth out some bugs introduced in the last patch and some balancing changes to the Shredder, a weapon that’s been causing quite a stir lately.
Patch Notes
- Fixed multiple crashes and freezes that occurred rarely and had a very low reproduction rate
- Fixed an issue when the party host extracts, other members get disconnected prematurely before the timer runs out
- Fixed an issue where the “Hex Breaker” hands did not glow when using the dark sight boost
- Fixed an issue where the ear ringing effect remained indefinitely after extraction, only resetting when entering the next mission and firing a weapon
- Fixed an issue where using Shadow Leap and dying causes Hunter health to continue draining after being revived
- Fixed an issue where disconnecting and reconnecting during a game caused Vivox to stop working on consoles. On Xbox, players were unable to speak or hear others. On PS5, players could hear but not speak
