Intrepid Studios has Ashes of Creation in Alpha Two testing and the game moves into early access on December 11. The company is asking players to sign up, buy access, and help stress the systems before launch. To join Alpha Two you must register on the official Alpha Two sign-up page and purchase the Alpha Two Third Wave Bundle. Go to the official Alpha Two page to create an account and complete the purchase.
What the Alpha Two Third Wave Bundle includes
- Immediate access to Alpha Two
- Entry to all future testing phases
- One month of game time
- USD 15 in Embers for the in-game marketplace
The bundle costs $100.00 USD. You can also add Ashes of Creation to your Steam wishlist but the purchase and account setup happen on the official site. Buying access comes with bragging rights in the form of exclusive tester titles. The developer posted the following for testers who play prior to December 11, 2025
“For any tester who PLAYED prior to December 11, 2025, you will receive the following titles – “Cultist of the Eternal Fire” (Black/Red) and “Knight of the White Flame” (White/Gold). These titles will override cloak dye appearances depending on which one is equipped.”
Intrepid has also scheduled PTR testing events where players can hunt exploits and help stabilize the game. The public PTR windows are listed as
- November 17 until November 25
- December 2 until December 10
“Ashes of Creation is currently in active alpha testing, meaning many systems are still in flux and subject to change. Testers should expect unstable builds, incomplete content, placeholder elements, and regular balance adjustments. Realm wipes will occur when necessary to support testing and data collection.”
“Participation during this stage is invaluable as we identify issues, assess performance, gather feedback and strengthen the game’s foundation for future betas.”
Short take – Alpha testing is not a polished product. Players signing up should expect broken systems, frequent adjustments, and the possibility of data wipes as Intrepid collects telemetry and feedback. Testers get early access and cosmetic titles that will stick out in the final game if the developer keeps that promise.
Questions about eligibility usually center on region and account status, so double check your account details on the official Alpha Two page before you buy.
