Helldivers 2’s Castellan’s Creed Warbond Will Bring Cadian Kasrkin Gear on August 12

Helldivers 2 will receive the Castellan’s Creed Legendary Warbond on August 12, 2026, bringing Warhammer 40,000-inspired gear based on the Cadian Kasrkin regiment of the Astra Militarum.

The contents were detailed in the official Steam announcement. The Warbond honors the Helldivers who died defending Chara during the First Galactic War and adds a selection of weapons, armor, battlefield equipment, and cosmetics.

The Warbond’s primary weapon is the R/40-K Hot-Shot Marksman Rifle, designed for precision at both short and long range. The P/40-K Bolt Pistol serves as the sidearm, offering a versatile option with high stopping power.

For heavier targets, the 40-K Meltagun arrives as a Stratagem. It fires a short-range beam of superheated energy. The G/40-K Meltamine is a proximity-activated throwable mine that can harm both enemies and allies, so placement will matter.

Two armor sets and new cosmetics

The TG-8 Sharpshooter is a medium armor set, while the TG-122 Demo-Trooper is a heavy armor set. Both use the True Grit passive, which provides +20 weapon handling and +30% reload speed for support weapons.

Additional rewards include the Camo Cloak and City Fighter’s Resolve cape and player card, the Still Standing title, and the Castellan’s Green pattern.

The Warbond requires the base game, Super Credits, and game progression to unlock. Players on console will also need a paid subscription for online access. The Castellan’s Creed Warbond cannot be claimed with a Premium Warbond token.

Helldivers 2 is a cooperative third-person shooter in which squads of up to four players are deployed from orbit onto hostile planets to complete strategic missions.
