Xbox Wire announced December 17, 2025 that Helldivers 2 will receive a Killzone-themed Legendary Warbond on Xbox Series X|S, bringing PlayStation’s Helghast aesthetic and gear into Super Earth service files.
The package, billed as the Helldivers 2 x Killzone Legendary Warbond, includes multiple primary weapons (StA-52 Assault Rifle, PLAS-39 Accelerator Rifle, StA-11 SMG), two armour sets styled after Helghast forces, capes, an Extrasolar Ash vehicle pattern, and the “Assault Infantry” player title. The armour comes with a passive called Acclimated, which grants 50 percent resistance to fire, gas, acid, and electrical damage. Players can obtain the Warbond through the Destroyer’s Acquisition Panel by spending in-game Super Credits and earning medals during play. The announcement confirms the set costs 1,500 Super Credits to unlock and requires the base game and in-game progression, it cannot be claimed with a Premium Warbond token.
The Helghast origin story from Killzone, exiled settlers hardened by a hostile world who adopt a militaristic identity, which serves as the visual and narrative inspiration for the cosmetics and gear. Xbox Wire notes the content follows the Helldivers 2 x Halo: ODST Legendary Warbond and continues the live-service trend of cross-franchise cosmetic packs.
