Recommended specs name an Intel Core i7 11700K or AMD Ryzen 5 7600 with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT for 1080p at 60fps, but the publisher still notes upscaling is active. There is limited clarity about how aggressive the upscaling is at each tier.
