Halo Infinite Developers Transition to Work From Home

In these dark times, due to the Coronavirus impact, a developer transition to work from home is more likely to get adopted. How could this impact the development of video games and collaboration between developers remains unknown. Still, we may witness it for the first time in the history of the gaming industry. This very same reason has pushed the developers of Halo Infinite to also work from home, with a public announcement/confirmation by the developers.

Microsoft and 343 Industries gave instructions to all the developers to work from home. A precautious measure to keep the workers healthy and safe from the Coronavirus, which has opened several problems across the globe. Self-isolation has become a widespread phenomenon, due to which the gaming industry and player base numbers have grown.

It hasn’t been a vacation though, as every team is adapting and getting creative to make sure they can do their best from outside the studio. Both 343 and Microsoft’s leadership teams have been providing constant updates with how the COVID-19 situation is progressing, how our projects are progressing, and recommendations on how best to stay safe during these unprecedented times.

Nevertheless, despite the limitations of this unpleasant cause, the developers will continue working on the Halo Universe while trying to develop the best possible content for the gamers out there.

What does that mean for MCC PC and Halo Infinite? We’re removing all the obstacles in our path and tracking well, but need to be mindful of our current limitations and understand that the coronavirus situation may get worse before it gets better. Rest assured that every single one of us is doing everything in our power to continue developing and delivering quality Halo experiences while we adjust to this new way of life.

As a media outlet, we wish the best for all the developers that are currently struggling to find a balance in their work. Hopefully, the Coronavirus will be gone sooner than later. Stay safe, people!

My goal is to deliver fresh news and updates, but most of the time I want to work on guides. Since I have rebooted this website, I am planning on making it huge. Just you wait!
