GTA 6 price leaks may just be placeholder data and nothing else
A June 21 X post from billbil-kun said the listed GTA 6 SKUs are not final, and Rockstar has not revealed a price.

Some of the GTA 6 price numbers floating around online do not appear to be a real retail listing. On June 22, billbil-kun said the entries people were sharing were placeholders, not finalized store data.
In a June 21 post on X, billbil-kun said the SKUs were “just placeholders” because the EAN codes did not match Take-Two’s usual game prefixes. He also called the prices “random ones.”
Looks like many people (including R*) are trying to disturb my holidays
Those SKUs are just placeholders bcz EAN codes (like UPC in US) aren’t belonging to Take2 traditional games prefixes
So those prices are random ones

So far, Rockstar Games has not named a price for Grand Theft Auto 6. For now, the online chatter is exactly that, chatter. The next clear checkpoint is June 25, unless the real figure leaks before then.
Until then, the safest read is simple. The number being passed around online should not be treated as the final tag.
