Gray Zone Warfare’s Hacker 2 quest is given by Handshake. It’s actually a continuation of the first part.
HACKER 2 Quest Details
Guess what I have for you, champ. That’s right, another clandestine hacking mission. Go to Fort Narith and seize the means of communication. It’s not that I dislike utter gibberish, but if that’s the only thing we manage to get out of their transmissions, that’s just blatantly miserable.
Take these apparatuses and hack their transmitters. There should not be the slightest interchange that we do not know about. Also, we need to know what they are saying, so bring back some document that can help us translate the fucking balderdash we are receiving.

- Retrieve the codebook and report back to Handshake
- Locate the codebook from the radio room
- Hack the radio tower at Fort Narith airfield
- Hack the radio tower in the base
- Hack the satellite at Fort Narith HQ

Guide
This quest is quite hard, as you will need to pretty much clear the Fort Narith base, and the locations for this quest are as follows:
First, go to the headquarters area and clear it out. Go inside the building and get the documents located on the second floor inside the radio room:
Then, go on the roof of the headquarters building and hack the satellite dish. Image below:
Once these are done, you need to head outside the HQ building, towards the north, and hack the radio tower. Radio tower North:
Then head southeast towards the Fuel Storage. That’s where the second Radio Tower is.
