Dev Note vol. 24 for The First Descendant lays out the changes scheduled with the patch on February 12, 2026. The note highlights a set of balance adjustments for the Gley character, usability and control improvements for Dia, weapon tweaks, a set of bug fixes, and player compensation.
The update substantially reduces the damage potential of Gley’s Blood and Iron Rampage build, tightens its range, and fixes an issue that let Rampage hit through walls. Dia receives multiple skill and control improvements aimed at responsiveness and combo execution. Two weapons, Eye of the Typhoon and Hammer and Anvil, get increased firearm and attribute attack plus other adjustments. The developers will send five Crystallization Catalysts to players by in-game mail and run a Lunar New Year login event from February 16 to February 18.
