Forza Horizon 5’s 1991 Toyota Chaser GT TT Is This Week’s JDM Reward
Players can claim the rear-wheel-drive classic for 20 Seasonal Points from September 24 through October 1, with a Stadium Maze challenge adding more rewards.
Forza Horizon 5 gives this week’s Festival Playlist a distinctly Japanese flavor with the 1991 Toyota Chaser GT Twin Turbo. The classic JDM sedan is available for 20 Seasonal Points from September 24 through October 1, making it the main target for players working through the Spring rewards.
The Chaser uses a 1JZ-GTE engine producing 276 bhp and can reach 60 mph from a standstill in around five seconds. Its rear-wheel-drive layout and tuning potential also make it a natural fit for drifting, although players can build it toward a street racer or grand tourer instead.
The new reward follows the 2022 Subaru WRX reward from the previous Hidden Horizons week. The wider series track also includes the 2010 Nissan Tsuru at 80 points and the 1985 Nissan Safari Turbo at 160 points, while the 40-point Spring reward is a Backstage Pass.
Detective Tanks return to the Stadium Maze
The weekly #OnTheCase Photo Challenge sends players to Aeródromo en la Selva, where they must photograph a Detective Tank to earn the Tiger Roar reward and 2 Seasonal Points. The Collectibles challenge stays with the mystery theme, asking players to smash Detective Tanks inside the Hidden Horizons Stadium Maze for the SNAP! reward.
The announcement’s introduction refers to 10 new Detective Tanks, while the activity details set the Collectibles requirement at 20 tanks. Players should follow the in-game challenge counter when checking their progress.
The 30k Is The Game… Treasure Hunt adds another 3 Seasonal Points and 100 ForzaThon Points. Its clue points toward the Evolution name and improving a car, while Horizon Super7 awards a Super Wheelspin for completing all seven Challenge Cards.
