Fortnite’s Chapter 7 Season 4 Name May Have Appeared Early

Fortnite’s next season may already have a name. A newsfeed message refers to an “Override Battle Pass,” raising the possibility that Override is the title of Chapter 7 Season 4.
The wording is far from a formal confirmation, though. The same message discusses gifting the Battle Pass and says the reward applies to players who already gifted or currently own the Battle Pass for Chapter 7 Season 3. That could point to a mistaken label in the newsfeed, or it could be an early reference to the season that follows.
What the message reveals
The Starshadow Voidblade Style is tied to the offer, which says gifting the Override Battle Pass unlocks the style. A second in-game gifting notice refers to a “Glitch” Battle Pass and says sending the pass grants the Starshadow style to both the giver and recipient.
The newsfeed wording also mentions players who already gifted or currently own the Battle Pass for Chapter 7 Season 3. The second notice says players who gifted or received the pass earlier during Chapter 7 Season 3 may also qualify for the reward.
That combination is what makes Override interesting, but the second notice’s use of Glitch adds another possible label. Both names appear beside Battle Pass language, while the Chapter 7 Season 3 references mean the messages cannot confirm that the next season will use either term. The wording could reflect a mistaken label, a localization error, an internal name, or an early reference to the season that follows. For now, Override and Glitch are best treated as possible titles rather than announced names from Epic Games.
Fortnite’s upcoming season has already drawn attention because of possible gaming-themed crossover content, but the season name remains unconfirmed. These newsfeed messages, if they are errors, add another small mystery to the next chapter.
