Fortnite servers will go offline at around 4 a.m. ET on July 30 for the latest game update. Epic Games has not confirmed an exact time for the servers to return, but the maintenance is expected to last about three to four hours.
That puts the estimated return window at roughly 7–8 a.m. ET on July 30. The timing is based on the usual downtime length for an update of this size, so the actual restoration could come earlier or later.
What the July 30 Fortnite Update Will Add
The main addition will be the return of The Simpsons collaboration in Fortnite Reload. Springfield will come back as a playable map, along with the NPC bosses, loot, and other content from the previous crossover.
The main Battle Royale mode will also receive more Sprites to collect. A Spider-Man collaboration tied to Spider-Man: Brand New Day will begin on July 31, adding another major crossover immediately after the maintenance window.
Fortnite Festival will also welcome Lil Tecca as its next Icon. His arrival will include a new Season Pass, with more content expected alongside the update.

This could be the final scheduled downtime before the current season ends and the next part of the chapter arrives in mid-August. Until Epic confirms that the maintenance has finished, players will need to rely on its official status updates for the final server return time.
