According to an official confirmation from @FortniteStatus on Twitter, Chapter 4 Season 2 is scheduled to release on March 10th, 2023, at 2am ET. While Epic Games did not reveal many details about what players can expect from Chapter 4 Season 2, and they have the right to have high expectations.
The release date was confirmed by Fortnite Status, which is an official Twitter profile mending Fortnite and its services. The new season is called MEGA, and will have a futuristic, neo-Tokyo theme.

- Futuristic Motorcycles
- New Weapons (Including a Pistol & Shotgun)
- Glowing tubes you slide on as mobility while holding your weapon
- The Pump Shotgun will return
- Legendary augments that reboot you when you die, increase your max shield or give you siphon
- First Person mode
