The appearance of this unusual event in Fortnite has raised many questions around the world. Kids are crying, parents as well, as it remains unclear for how long the event will last. Well, you shouldn’t worry that much, because the official Fortnite Website has information related to the event end date, which is hidden within its source code.

We have been monitoring the stream, and it’s just the same scenario occurring in a repetitive manner. With that being said, there’s nothing else left for us to do except to delve deeper into Fortnite’s website, which may have more clues regarding the final date.

If you visit Fortnite’s official website, you’re taken to the Livestream, which pretty much looks like neverending. But, if you right-click and view the page source, you will be able to find more details. According to multiple leaks, the date showcased within the source code implies an end of the event. But does it?

Based on data posted by data miners and also multiple scrapes by ourselves, we can confirm that the info is still there. Currently, the official Fortnite website holds this info, and perfectly reflects the datamined info from yesterday. The lines to pay attention to are colored.

“TheEndStore”:{
“config”:{
“start_time”:”2019-10-13T18:06:00.000Z”,
“stream”:”fortnite”,
“end_time”:”2019-10-17T08:00:00.000Z”,
“_title”:”the-end”,
“should_transition_out”:false,
“_noIndex”:false,
“_urlPattern”:”/the-end”,
“_slug”:”the-end”,
“_activeDate”:”2019-09-17T15:38:29.504Z”,
“lastModified”:”2019-10-14T01:04:56.947Z”

Does that mean that Thursday, 17 will be the exact date when the black hole arrives? However, knowing Epic Games, this may be yet another troll by their side, without a particular piece of information on the ending date. Would Epic Games prolong this event for three more days leaving fans lingering? The whole affair has somewhat started killing the hype around it and pushed players to start playing other video games.

My goal is to deliver fresh news and updates, but most of the time I want to work on guides. Since I have rebooted this website, I am planning on making it huge. Just you wait!
