Flamethrower Modifier Wins Dying Light: The Beast’s Week 3 Vote
The weekend rules will grant infinite stamina reserves while cutting Beast Mode gain in half.
Dying Light: The Beast players chose a flamethrower-focused modifier for Call of the Beast’s Week 3 event. It will be active this weekend. The modifier vote follows Week 3’s launch with a final 50 million-enemy goal and Kyle’s Cane newly claimable as the Week 2 reward; those details appear in the final hunt and reward details.
Techland’s Steam announcement says the modifier will give players infinite stamina reserves while halving Beast Mode gain. The fire-focused pick comes with a clear tradeoff: more stamina, but slower Beast Mode growth.
The result follows Week 2’s decapitation modifier, which restored critical health to 100% but wiped all XP when a player died.
