Exciting times are ahead for Fallout 76 fans! Season 20, titled Glow of the Ghoul, is coming on March 18, bringing some wild changes. The most noteworthy? Players can finally become a ghoul character! After months of waiting, this feature is finally hitting the game.

This new season will run from March through June, packed with events and limited-time offers. One of the highlights is a fresh event called The Big Bloom, set to spice things up in Appalachia.

Fallout 76 Glow of the Ghoul

The introduction of Glow of the Ghoul marks a significant shift for this MMORPG. Players will now be able to turn into ghouls by soaking up radiation. This transformation alters your appearance and abilities, but don’t sweat it if you don’t like it; reverting is an option!

On March 20, there’s even a ghoul-themed photo mode contest where players can showcase their best ghoul designs. Sounds fun, right?

The Big Bloom kicks off on April 29 and runs until May 13. It’s been quite some time since we’ve seen a new seasonal event like this in Fallout 76, so it’s great to have something fresh added to the mix.

Of course, new items in the Atomic Shop come with a new season. So keep those caps handy and check back often. This season revolves around themes like toxicity and radiation, which should pique players’ interest!

If you want a sneak peek into what’s coming, check out this trailer promoting Fallout 76 Season 20:

Bethesda Game Studios has been keeping things lively in Fallout 76 lately. However, not everyone is thrilled with what Season 20 brings. While turning into a ghoul is undoubtedly exciting for some players, others feel there aren’t enough substantial updates aside from this change.

Usually, Fallout 76 sees one or two major updates each year. While this ghoul transformation is a series first and a milestone for fans, many were hoping for more than one prominent feature for the game’s twentieth season.
