Escape from Tarkov’s Unheard Task Hits a Locked Door in A.P.’s Apartment
A player received the experience reward from the keypad but still could not interact with the hidden-room door.
Escape from Tarkov‘s Unheard story task may be blocked by an interaction problem inside A.P.’s apartment. A player says the keypad recognizes the unlock attempt and grants the experience reward, but the nearby door still cannot be opened.
The issue appears to happen between those two interactions. The keypad can be used normally, while the door does not provide a follow-up interaction after the unlocking reward is received. That leaves the player at the entrance to the hidden room without a clear way forward.
The attached footage places the problem at the wall-mounted keypad and the closed door beside it. It supports the reported location and interaction point, but it does not establish whether the failure affects other players or what causes the door to remain unusable.

At this stage, this is a single player-observed issue rather than confirmation of a widespread task failure. The report also does not include a workaround, so players who reach this part of Unheard may have to wait for more information if the door refuses to respond.
