Escape from Tarkov’s Kord Breach Twitch Drops Begin August 5
Viewers can earn seasonal reward containers through August 17, while three permanent subscription rewards require five paid Twitch subscriptions.
Escape from Tarkov will begin its Kord Breach Twitch Drops campaign on August 5, with global rewards available through August 17. Battlestate Games detailed the event in its official news post.
The global campaign will run from August 5 through August 17, starting and ending at 2:00 PM BST / 9:00 AM EDT. Viewers only need to watch streams in the Escape from Tarkov category on Twitch to earn reward containers, which come in Common, Rare, and Epic tiers.
These containers are restricted to seasonal characters. Players also need an active copy of the game and a Twitch account to claim them. Both viewers and streamers must link their Twitch accounts to their game profiles before Drops can be received or distributed.
Twitch Subscription Rewards
A second reward track will run from August 5 through August 8. Subscribing to live Escape from Tarkov streamers during that window can provide three exclusive items:
- Hot Rod beverage cooler bag
- Loui Peeton deluxe wallet
- Twitch rare dogtag case
Unlike the global Drops, these items are available in PvE, PvP, and Season modes. They are permanent account rewards, so they will remain available even after seasonal character progress is reset.
All three subscription rewards unlock after five paid subscriptions. Regular and gifted subscriptions count, though the purchaser receives the reward when a subscription is gifted. Subscription renewals also add to the total.
The subscriptions must be purchased from a streamer who is live in the Escape from Tarkov Twitch category at the time of purchase. Each reward can only be claimed once per Twitch account and once per Battlestate Games account. Free options, including Amazon Prime subscriptions, Bits, and similar offers, do not count.
