Battlestate Games has just announced that Escape From Tarkov will get a brand new update that will focus on fixing game stability, freezes, and fps drops. The update is classified as experimental because it will contain test changes. It will deploy tomorrow, Friday, November 13, at 08:00 UTC. If the changes do not work as intended, then they’ll most likely be reverted. Nevertheless, Escape From Tarkov deserves fluid gameplay. The game promises a lot, and watching it move in the right direction is more than enough for me.
Later in a wipe, stutters and game freezes are always a problem, but it seems that every consecutive update makes the game better until another hiccup is met. Previously, Battlestate Games has also notified of multiple sequential game updates that would focus on fixing stutters, freezes, and other performance-related issues.
This notification was first posted by Battlestate Games on their official Twitter profile.

As a Tarkov player myself, I’d hope that everything will turn just fine. For a game of this quality, we can all agree that it would be tedious for BSG to balance everything out, and they deserve credit for what they’re doing with the game.
