Escape From Tarkov “Special Comms” Quest Guide
Stash a Military cable on Woods, transit to Reserve, then place a Bulbex cable cutter at the second location.
Special Comms is a two-map objective chain. Stash the Military cable at the marked boulder on Woods before using the transit to Reserve, where you will stash the Bulbex cable cutter.
Requirements and objectives
The trader requirement is Prapor Loyalty Level 3. Complete the objectives in this order:
- Stash one Military cable at the boulder next to the RUAF Gate extraction on Woods.
- Use the transit from Woods to Reserve.
- Stash one Bulbex cable cutter at the sandbags beside the LAV III above the storage warehouse on Reserve.
Needed equipment
The quest lists one Military cable and one Bulbex cable cutter as initial equipment. Both must be stashed at their designated locations. A found-in-raid requirement is not listed for either item.
How to complete Special Comms
Stash the Military cable on Woods
Go to the boulder beside the RUAF Gate extraction and stash the Military cable there. Complete this step before leaving Woods for Reserve.
Transit from Woods to Reserve
Use the Woods-to-Reserve transit after the first stash objective. The transit is available one minute after the raid begins.
Stash the Bulbex cable cutter on Reserve
On Reserve, find the sandbags beside the LAV III on top of the eastern storage warehouse marked with the Cyrillic letter Д. The location is near the Bunker Hermetic Door extraction. Stash the Bulbex cable cutter there to complete the final listed objective.
