Escape From Tarkov “Snatch” Quest Guide
Find the forged intelligence on Lighthouse, trade it for the original on Reserve, then deliver the original to Lightkeeper.
Snatch is an intelligence swap across Lighthouse and Reserve, and the forged item only appears in your next Lighthouse raid after you accept the quest. You need to extract from Lighthouse with it, use an RB-ST key to reach the exchange point on Reserve, and bring the original intelligence back to Lightkeeper.
Requirements and objectives
Snatch unlocks 10 hours after you complete Missing Informant. Both intelligence items are found-in-raid quest items, and each can only be found while Snatch is active. Picking one up transfers it to your quest-item inventory. If you fail to extract while carrying either item, you lose it.
- Extract from Lighthouse.
- Obtain the forged Lightkeeper intelligence at the Rogue base on Lighthouse.
- Obtain the original Lightkeeper intelligence in the repair station on Reserve.
- Stash the forged intelligence under the BMP-2 in place of the original.
- Bring the original intelligence to Lightkeeper.

- RB-ST key: Required to unlock the room containing the BMP-2 on Reserve.
How to complete Snatch
Find the forged intelligence on Lighthouse
With Snatch active, search the Rogue base near the western entrance to the water treatment plant. The forged intelligence is in either a green or blue container. In the green container, look between the weapon box and the barrels. In the blue container, it is on the couch.
Pick up the intelligence and extract from Lighthouse. The forged item is tied to the quest, so failing to extract means losing it.
Swap the intelligence on Reserve
Go to the repair center at White Knight on Reserve. The locked room is inside the larger of the two garage buildings, and the RB-ST key is required to open it.
Inside, find the BMP-2. The original intelligence is tucked into the vehicle’s right-side tracks. Take it, then stash the forged intelligence at the back of the BMP-2, under the vehicle, in its place.
Deliver the original to Lightkeeper
Extract with the original intelligence and bring it to Lightkeeper to complete the hand-in. As with the forged item, failing to extract while carrying the original means losing it.
