Find the Jammer on Reserve
Find the KOSA UAV electronic jamming device in the first-floor storage room of White King, the airspace control center on Reserve.
Look behind the green crates in the back-left corner, under the table, and inside a green crate in the back-right corner.
The jammer appears only while the quest is active and enters your quest item inventory. Failing to extract with it loses the item.
Stash the Device on Woods
Stash the device at the gravesite south of the dilapidated village in northern Woods.
