Escape From Tarkov “New Beginning (Prestige 2)” Quest Guide
Ragman's Prestige quest requires a Labs extraction, 10 PMC eliminations and eight found-in-raid figurines.
New Beginning (Prestige 2) combines a Labs run with a sizeable hand-in. To complete Ragman’s quest, eliminate 10 PMC operatives, survive and extract from The Lab, and hand over eight found-in-raid figurines across four categories.
This guide uses the PvP entry requirement of level 30. The PvE version starts at level 20; both versions require Prestige level 1.

You must be character level 30 and have Prestige level 1 to start the quest. Ragman gives the task.
