Escape From Tarkov is getting a brand new event, and it’s a new one. There are ZOMBIES in Tarkov… The authorities have issued a high-priority warning following a severe biological disaster within one of the region’s medical facilities. The incident has triggered a state of emergency as contamination risk has extended beyond the facility walls, creating a biohazard threat outdoors.

Reports indicate that the contamination is highly infectious, making unnecessary exposure a severe health risk. The local government urges all civilians, including private military contractors and scavengers, to exercise extreme caution. Outdoor travel is discouraged unless essential. Anyone who ventures outside is advised to stay alert, avoid unnecessary risks, and refrain from engaging uninfected individuals in combat, as this can increase the chance of cross-contamination.

Attention all citizens! A state of emergency has been declared in the Norvinsk region in relation to the biological disaster inside one of the regional medical facilities. High risk of contamination outdoors. Avoid firing on uninfected people. #EscapefromTarkov pic.twitter.com/5lkMojYIIB

Authorities are deploying resources to contain the contamination zone and prevent further spread. Checkpoints have been set up, and it is advised to follow all safety protocols communicated by the emergency services. Remember, this is not only about personal survival but also about preventing an outbreak that could potentially devastate the entire Norvinsk region.

Stay safe, be vigilant, and avoid confrontation unless absolutely necessary. This is a critical time where cooperation, caution, and restraint could make all the difference.
