Every Escape From Tarkov player is engulfed in darkness whenever he enters the big mall, even in the brightest period of the day. Due to lousy map lighting, Battlestate Games has been pushed to conduct a lighting rework, and today we have some of the results. On Thursday, the developer shared new images that seemingly interpret new lighting not only on Interchange, but Reserve and Factory too.
In a recent tweet from Escape From Tarkov’s official Twitter profile, we can see four new images which effort tend to reflect in some of the upcoming updates. The tweet can be found below:

Recently, the developer of the realistic first-person shooter Battlestate Games has gone dark, without any major reveals on their recent work. Whenever this happens, we’re usually due to getting huge changes within the Norvinsk region, so all it remains is to wait patiently and see the final results.
In other news, Escape From Tarkov might be traversing to a slightly improved version of the Unity engine, and that is Unity 2020.
