To complete Immunity, extract while Unknown toxin is still active. The effect drains 140 health per minute, so bring medical supplies and plan to reach an extraction before the damage overwhelms you.
Requirements and objective
The listed objective is to extract from a location while affected by Unknown toxin. There is no separate item hand-in in the objective.
Equipment
- Bring multiple medkits. They are recommended to help manage the health loss.
- A Propital injector partially counteracts the drain for five minutes.
- An ETG injector fully nullifies the toxin damage for 60 seconds.
How to complete Immunity
- Acquire Unknown toxin during a raid. A Cultist or another player can inflict it by stabbing you with a Cultist knife. Contact with barbed wire in The Labyrinth also has a chance to cause the effect.
- Manage the resulting health drain with medical supplies. Propital only partially counteracts it, while ETG fully nullifies the damage for its 60-second duration.
- Extract while Unknown toxin is still active to complete the objective.
