Battlestate Games‘ renowned and realistic first-person shooter, Escape From Tarkov, will get the long-awaited factory expansion. The map will also receive a guardian, also known as a “Scav Boss,” who will roam around the closed territory and engage against intruders, such as the PMCs. As announced by Battlestate Games, the Factory map expansion will arrive as an update in the coming period.
The long-awaited expansion of one of the very first locations in Escape from Tarkov is on the horizon! You’ll be able to experience all the changes to Chemical Factory No.16 by yourself in one of the upcoming patches.
Factory is currently the smallest map in Escape From Tarkov. It supports up to 4-6 PMCs simultaneously, with a couple of Scavengers that are seemingly no force to their opposition, making the map lean towards the PvP environment more heavily. That is exactly why shuffling a Scav Boss in would make a huge difference.
