Extending the Operation sends you back into The Lab to eliminate six targets for Therapist. It follows A Simple Task in a Difficult Place, but getting out alive is no longer the whole job. You need to take fights and build up the elimination counter.
Requirements and Objective
- Complete A Simple Task in a Difficult Place and accept Extending the Operation from Therapist.
- Eliminate any six targets in The Lab.
There is no named enemy to hunt down for this step. The objective is six eliminations, not a kill on Scourge specifically, so do not pass up a manageable fight while looking for the boss.
Initial Equipment
Therapist supplies three TerraGroup Labs access keycards when you accept the quest. Collect them before preparing your raid. These are the ordinary access cards, separate from the colored keycards you receive as rewards.
How to Complete Extending the Operation
- Accept the task before entering The Lab. Check that it is active in your task list before committing your equipment.
- Work toward the six eliminations. Choose fights from cover and leave yourself room to reposition. There is no quest item to collect or particular room where the kills must happen.
- Check the counter as you progress. Keep track of the remaining eliminations rather than chasing a boss kill that the task does not require.
- Complete the quest with Therapist once the objective is finished. Claim your rewards and accept the next task when it becomes available.
You do not need to force every encounter. Heal and reload somewhere protected, then look for the next fight you can approach on your terms.
