A new type of exploit has recently doomed Escape From Tarkov. It’s one of the scariest ones, too, that could easily ruin the economy to crumbles. A player has found a way to duplicate 1 Labs Red Keycard to 18 of them. Even if the game’s been struggling from cheaters recently, this issue is becoming even scarier as it could destroy the economic flow from this point onwards.

Does this mean another economic shutdown is imminent? Seeing a glitch of this caliber is devastating, and seeing anyone gaining millions just over a night is abnormal. It will undoubtedly impact the economy since more people would at least “want to try this method” out. That’s very much the roadblock we don’t want to hit.
In a response to the tweet above, a guy has posted the dupe method and how it’s performed.
Drop the keycard on the ground, put a ifak in your hot key, now click the keycard and walk towards it. Just as your character os picking up the keycard click on your ifak in the hotkey slot. If you did it correctly your ifak will turn into keycard.

Hopefully, Battlestate Games gets rid of it sooner than later before it concatenates to a bigger scale.
