Escape From Tarkov “Calibration” Quest Guide

Mechanic's task has one distance-checked objective: eliminate 20 PMC operatives from beyond 100 meters.

0 3 1 minute read

Calibration is a single-objective quest from Mechanic. You need to eliminate 20 PMC operatives at a distance greater than 100 meters, so kills at exactly 100 meters do not meet the stated requirement.

Requirements and objectives

Quest giver	Objective
Mechanic	Eliminate 20 PMC operatives from over 100 meters away

Needed equipment

The objective does not name a required weapon, ammunition type, or other equipment. It is a distance-based elimination task, not an item-collection objective.

How to complete Calibration

Eliminate PMC operatives from more than 100 meters away.
Continue until the objective reaches 20 eliminations.

Keep the distance requirement in mind for every elimination. A kill from 100 meters or closer does not satisfy the wording of the objective.
