Escape From Tarkov Ammo Stats can now be seen in-game

Battlestate Games is releasing a new Escape From Tarkov update (the server is under maintenance), and among the patch notes, there seems to be one very intriguing one. Guess what? It’s related to nothing else but Ammunition stats in Tarkov. Oh yeah, it’s going to be accessible from within the game, too!

The ammo is probably one of the most exciting bits and pieces in the game simply because it’s an important balancer between life and death. The ammo in Tarkov has been everything, and from now on, instead of visiting other websites to find out the damage and penetration capability of particular ammunition, you will be able to see it in-game. So early wipe, mid wipe, late wipe, you can find what suits you the best by just being in the game.

Starting today, the ammunition itself will have Damage and Penetration values on the inspector screen. Once you hover over them, you will be able to see the damage they inflict on different types of armor, something that many players have been searching for.

This will be enabled after the installation of patch 0.14.5.0, which, at the moment, is still ongoing. As I have said numerous times before, I’ll say it again, Tarkov has grown quite a lot, and I cannot wait to see what the developer is going to do next!
