Elden Ring Player Conquers All 207 Bosses Without Attacking Once

Streamer Skumnut defeats every boss using only dodges and thorn damage in over 57 hours.

One Elden Ring player has managed something truly wild: beating all 207 bosses without landing a single attack. Yes, not a single hit from a sword or spell, just pure dodging and thorn damage. Honestly, I’m surprised myself.

For those who know Elden Ring, its bosses are infamous for testing patience and skill, especially the likes of Malenia, which many consider one of the toughest Soulslike bosses ever. While some players challenge themselves by avoiding damage entirely, this streamer took it a step further by not attacking at all.

The player behind this feat is well-known Elden Ring streamer and YouTuber Skumnut. He wanted to do an all bosses run that would “waste as much time as possible,” so he put away his sword and banned himself from using Summons.

His only method of dealing damage was through the Briar Set armor, which has thorns that damage enemies when you dodge roll into them. To add a little extra punch, he used the Rupture Crystal Tear, which causes an explosion once per fight.

Dodging your way to victory sounds like a nightmare, right? It took about 30 minutes just to beat the Putrid Avatar, one of the easier bosses early on. The whole run took over 57 hours, including all the DLC bosses. Surprisingly, that’s faster than many players who use the full range of abilities.

It’s been over three years since Elden Ring launched, yet players keep finding new ways to push the game’s limits. Would you try this challenge? I mean, why not? Though maybe don’t try this at home unless you’re ready to be very patient.

Check out Skumnut’s full boss run on his YouTube channel to see all the dodges and thorn damage in action.
