Console players can grab Elden Ring Nightreign update 1.11 starting today. It tweaks the Storm Ruler skill to make it a bit snappier and irons out several bugs that have been nagging the game. You’ll spot the patch on your start screen as version 1.02.1.

Balance Adjustments
- Storm Ruler skill improvements
- Charging time for the storm effect has been cut down
- The blade’s speed when unleashed got a boost
- Attack power without charging the storm has been increased
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where using dropped items could lock actions except moving and camera control
- Guard effects now trigger properly for all guard actions
- Target lock no longer drops immediately on parasitic eggs or insects during Duchess’s Ultimate Art “Finale”
- Some attacks from Everdark Sovereign “Maris, Fathom of Night” won’t cause stagger damage when blocked with Executor’s Skill
- Relic effect to restore HP with cursed sword now activates correctly
- Storm Ruler skill can’t be used without FP consumption through specific steps anymore
- Damage from passive effect “Frostbite Produces a Mist of Frost” has been toned down
- Flasks heal the player’s HP properly when relics that heal allies are equipped
Note: There’s a known issue where healing from “Gradual Restoration by Flask” isn’t properly distributed or varies for allies. That will be patched later.
- Fixed discrepancy between displayed and actual effect values for “Extended Spell Duration”
- Colors of some passive effect visuals have been corrected
- Attacks from Everdark Sovereign “Caligo, Miasma of Night” now hit playable characters properly
- Framerate drops during fights with Everdark Sovereigns “Caligo” and “Maris” have been addressed
- Relic counts now display correctly when sorting by size or color in Relic Rites menu
- Fixed issues equipping certain relics when using specific filters
- Audio playback problems under certain conditions have been fixed
- Continuous use of Sorceries and Incantations no longer degrades performance for other players
- Network stability issues caused by some passive effects or continuous magic use have been resolved
- Brazilian Portuguese text corrections applied
Only for PS5 Bug Fixes
- Fixed UI and HUD disappearing and unexpected game termination during continued play
No word yet on new content additions in this update, but that might become clearer soon. For now, these fixes and tweaks should smooth out some rough edges.
