Guide
The quest asks us to head to the Concordia residential complex and find an item in the parking lot. This quest is locked behind a door, which means you will need a key to unlock it. The key required is named “Concordia security room key“. Once you get inside the room, make sure you pick up the item (multiple spawns: table, pizza box, etc.)
