Hey there, kid. Something nostalgic came over me. I remembered how I walked along the coast, it was beautiful there, the waves roll in, the sun, the beach, and the sunsets there were outstanding, and now what? The smell of rot and desolation everywhere, can’t even breathe properly in the city… And on top of all that, a new moron showed up. They call him Sanitar. This scum conducts experiments on people and perhaps does even more terrible things. You can’t leave it like this, such people… such abominations should not walk our ground. The world will only become cleaner. Deal with this.

You did the right thing. Even if others say that Sanitar did good deeds, he brought much more evil. Don’t believe those people’s lies. I’ve seen people like Sanitar before: once they go crazy, there’s no turning back. You can only shoot them like rabid dogs.

Guide

Sanitar is a really strong opponent to take down. This guide would just instruct you to be very cautious when you approach his spawn points, especially if you hear his sound queue. His voice is different than the normal Scavs and guards. Therefore, if you sense something’s off, or you hear someone saying something about “PROCEDURE (in russian)” then it’s him. His guards are also quite dangerous to face. They know how to two-tap you extremely fast and send you back to the lobby in no time.
