This quest is unique because it’s a multiple-choice one, which means you choose one trader to complete it with; completing Chemical – Part 4 or Big Customer fails Out of Curiosity. The reputation outcome and rewards depend on your choice. Failing Out of Curiosity carries a -0.25 Therapist reputation penalty. The substance is extremely dangerous, and I have a major request for you, could you give up the coordinates of the chemicals to me? Yes, I’m aware of all the details of your adventures with the Skier. I would come up with a good payment for that. Again, this is all just for the sake of our people.

Then you need to get inside the hangar marked on the image above. This is how the hangar looks from the outside:
Once you get inside, find and mark the van. Stay alive for the 30-second timer; you can leave the van and hide nearby. Dying before it finishes requires another marker.
