That last chemical deal damaged my trust in you. I’m not the type to hold grudges, but that trick you pulled was very dirty, and I don’t like dirty tricks. If you want to straighten things up with me and regain my trust – do one favor for me. The customer who expected these chemicals was left in a tight spot, and on top of that, I haven’t even delivered the grenades from the previous order yet. The grenades he needs are foreign-made, the green round ones, and I don’t have anything like that. Get me some of these – and we’ll call it even as if nothing happened.

Hm… well, alright. Old offenses are forgotten, let’s keep working. Just be careful around that Skier character, he’s a shady dude.
Guide
For the launcher setup, the quest provides a 40mm VOG-25 grenade purchase unlock and a GP-25 Kostyor barter unlock at Prapor LL3 as initial equipment. Bring a compatible rifle, the launcher and its ammunition, as well as the separate found-in-raid grenades for the hand-in.
Reach Prapor loyalty level 3 and collect 10 eligible Russian grenades with found-in-raid status. Qualifying options include RGD-5, VOG-17, VOG-25, F-1, reduced-delay F-1, RGN, RGO, Zarya and 40mm VOG-25 grenades. Check the task handover screen before submitting them.
Separately, fit a GP-25 to a compatible weapon and use the launcher for 10 target eliminations. Grenades spent on kills do not replace the 10 required for the hand-in. The former No Offence method of buying M67 grenades is not the current task.
