Hey, come here for a sec. As you can see, your fellow PMCs are having a hard time these days, weak ones don’t make it. I tell you more: they seem like serious fighters, but if they’re in some serious shit, they die like flies. Panic kills them, or tremor, or fuck knows, but the result is the same. So, since we are working together I want to not worry about your back.

There you go. Now I’m certain you won’t piss your pants if some shit hits the fan.

Flint Quest Guide

By the time you reach the “Flint” quest from Skier, you should be somewhere around 4-6 Stress Resistance. If you haven’t got to Stress Resistance 6, worry not, that means you play the game slowly, with high awareness, and you are not hurt in your raids, or your survival rate is slightly higher than your friends who already have Stress resistance very high. But, there are ways to increase your Stress Resistance skill level.

Escape From Tarkov Stress Resistance Increase Methods

Most of the methods required to increase your Stress Resistance skill are by sustaining a strong amount of damage or pain shocks (such as when being shocked). Below you can find them all:

Stress Resistance description and perks

  • Stress Resistance improves the chances of withstanding injury shock, shaking hands, and tremors.
    • Decreases chance of getting pain shock by % depending on your current Stress Resistance level.
    • Decreases tremor oscillation by % depending on your current Stress Resistance level.
    • Elite: Berserk Mode
