Escape From Tarkov adds new Hideout Craft Option for Green Lithium Battery

Battlestate Games has finally decided to do something with the poor spawn rate of Green Lithium Batteries in Escape From Tarkov. Officially classified as GreenBat Lithium Battery in-game, these items have become the rarest occasion after the installment of patch 12.12. Starting today, the Green Lithium Battery can be crafted in the Hideout at Workbench Level 2.

Greenbat Lithium Batteries are needed for upgrading the Rest Space to level 3 in your Hideout. So, thanks to Battlestate Games, you can skip that obstacle once and for all. The downside is that the materials needed to craft the Green Lithium Battery now notice a massive spike in price.

Previously, Green Lithium Batteries were a common spawn in Filing Cabinets, Wooden Crates, and Buried Stashes. Now, they are a rarity, almost an anomaly hardly seen anywhere on the battlefield. So, what do you need to craft GreenBat Lithium Battery?

Workbench Level 2 GreenBat Lithium Battery Crafting Requirements

• 1x GreenBat Lithium Battery can be crafted for:
  • 1x Round Pliers
  • 1x USB Adapter
  • 2x Rechargeable Battery
  • 3x Portable Powerbank

The picture above shows that the Green Battery can be crafted for 4 hours and 55 minutes.

If the Battery itself costs around 700,000 – 800,000 Roubles on the FLEA Market, the mats for crafting the Green Battery cost around 400,000 – 500,000 Roubles tops. What do you think about this change, let us know in the comments below!
