Dune: Awakening just got a fresh hotfix addressing some pesky bugs that have been tripping up players lately. If you’ve been stuck traveling between Arrakeen and Harko Village or noticed weird inventory glitches, this update might just be the relief you needed. It also patches a duplication exploit that was causing confusion in trades. Here’s the rundown!
The hotfix requires a client-side download. If Steam doesn’t prompt you automatically, restart your client to obtain the files. The servers will be back up soon, so you won’t have to wait long to jump back into the action.
Wondering about the known issues still hanging around? The devs are keeping track over on their Discord server and Steam discussion boards. Definitely worth a look if you want to stay informed.
Fixes in 1.1.15.0 Hotfix 2
- Improved server and client stability, helping the game run smoother overall.
- Fixed a recurring problem where players sometimes couldn’t travel from Arrakeen and Harko Village to the Overland Map — a total pain for explorers!
- Resolved a rare bug that caused inventory items to vanish after map travel. Losing gear is the worst, right?
- Addressed an issue where inventory items became invisible if moved quickly between inventories and swapped positions.
- Patched a vulnerability that allowed item duplication at the Exchange and during trades. You might still see duplicates visually, but they won’t actually exist in your game.
- Fixed connection problems where players got the dreaded H74 error code preventing login.
Yikes, some of those bugs could really mess with your gameplay. Glad they’re tackling them head-on! Have you encountered any of these issues? What’s your take on the fixes? Drop your thoughts below.
