Based on what we’ve seen, expect DOOM: The Dark Ages to score between 85 and 90 on Metacritic and OpenCritic. DOOM: Eternal scored an impressive 88, and with more significant levels, more enemies, and some seriously cool new weapons, it’s hard to imagine this new entry falling short.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the game earns perfect 10s and edges close to a 90/100 rating. The visuals look great, and the gameplay promises to be as intense as ever.
