Diablo 4 players can jump back into the Tower after Blizzard restored the mode and its leaderboards following a brief outage tied to ranking concerns.
Blizzard first pulled both features after posting on its forums that it was investigating problems that could affect leaderboard results. In that notice, the studio said the Tower launch was temporarily delayed while it worked through the issue, and the update appeared in this forum post.
The follow-up was short. Blizzard later replied in the same thread, saying, “The Tower and Leaderboards are now live again for players to enjoy”. The studio did not explain what caused the problem, so it remains unclear whether it involved an exploit, a scoring error, or something else entirely.
